Raymond Eugene Span has over 35 years of sales management, account management, bid management, training and consulting experience and was Managing Director of the German office of an international business consulting organization. He has received many sales accolades and awards including the Informix 100% (twice), the Compuware 100% Club, the Sequent Quota Club and Sequent Blue Chip Award.
His special expertise covers all aspects surrounding sales/account management and, particularly, bid/proposal management, the development, customization and the delivery of customer training workshops and also the training of presentation skills. He is also experienced in working in, and managing, remote, international, virtual teams particularly in the area of bid management.
He was co-initiator and co-founder of the APMP DACH the German Chapter of the APMP (then the Association of Proposal Management Professionals). Raymond moved to Bavaria in 1980 and possesses both German and British nationalities, is bi-lingual in German and English and also speaks French. Raymond studied piano in London and is an active musician playing both piano and guitar and singing.
Günther Bräuning looks back on 40 years of working for large international corporations in the fields of telecommunications and related IT.
He started his career as a system software engineer for telecom exchange systems which gave him a solid technical background. He has held various sales management positions, both in Germany and abroad (Asia), including the function of General Manager of a German/Chinese joint venture and its project management group.
He later joined an international IT company leading a global account team for a telecom network manufacturer, covering both business development and sales. Günther is fluent in German and English.
